However, this is not a slogan we came up with ourselves, but praise from one of our customers from the beverage and food industry. There was good reason for our two customer service representatives and dispatchers to be proud of this praise. This customer's challenging task involved delivering to various discounters on set, fixed dates. In addition to available travel times, the correct number of exchange pallets and load securing material, the focus was of course on fixed delivery dates. The supermarkets had already sent out their flyers with the promotional goods, which is why there was no going back and no ifs or buts. Every store had to be delivered with the goods on time, otherwise there was a risk of contractual penalties.

In this transport project, we loaded more than 20 trucks on time and delivered them to the recipients on time within 3 days. Our customer was so satisfied that he sent us this short but very meaningful email. Apparently we exceeded our customer's expectations with this transport to Poland!
