"The training at OCS is simply fantastic! Here, you immediately feel like part of the team and not 'just' an apprentice. I think it's great that my talents are recognized and that I have the opportunity to develop personally. Whether in marketing, accounting, or logistics – I'm gaining exciting experience and fantastic insights into the markets in Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, and the CIS countries. If I have any questions or problems, I can always go to my trainers, and they help me right away. The team's sense of humor is great, and we always have a lot of fun together! If you're looking for an apprenticeship where you can not only learn but also have a good laugh, then you should definitely apply to us – it's worth it!"
