Transport Logistic 2025 - I am there and I have an important message!
It is official: At the beginning of June I will be at the Logistic 2025 Transport in Munich - and not just as a visitor! This year we are entering a new level: we have our own booth on the Plaza campus and not just that - I will keep a stage presentation !
This is a big step for me personally, because I consciously set this challenge. Why? Because I believe that our project for CO₂ compensation and regional reforestation is too important so as not to talk about it. I would like to inspire as many people as possible to go sustainable in transportation together.
Why sustainability is so important to me
When I think of my childhood, I see forests. Especially those in Poland where my father comes from. I spent many summer there, stripped through the dense forests, heard the rustling of the leaves under my feet and enjoyed the silence that can only give a forest.
Today I live in a region where there is terrifyingly little forest. While the average proportion of forest in Germany is just over 30 %, it is just 5 % in my area. And that's just too little! I don't just want to talk about it, I want to actively do something. That is why we started a cooperation with an association to implement regional reforestation projects.
But how does that fit the truck transport, which is known not to be environmentally friendly? This is exactly where we come in: Forming transports, compensating for CO₂ emissions and at the same time returning something to nature.
My biggest challenge: the first big stage presentation
Honestly? I'm excited. I am an entrepreneur, but not a born speaker. Nevertheless, I am on stage on the second day of the fair - because this topic is so important to me that I want to overcome my fears.
In the past few weeks I have filed a lot on my presentation, practiced and prepared myself. How do I tell our story so that it moves people? How do I show that each one of us can make a contribution?
So if you want to experience me live on stage, then be there! It's only 15 minutes, but you could get something in motion. Together we can advance sustainable transport solutions!
What my presentation is about
My lecture is about CO₂ compensation and regional reforestation in truck transport -but without the typical keywords such as "climate change" or "global warming". Because I know that these terms often polarize. Instead, it's about real solutions :
- How can the truck transport be more sustainable?
- Why is reforestation such an important lever?
- How does our CO₂ compensation work- and why is it often the better solution than rail or ship transport?
- How can companies easily make a contribution?
It is concrete, honest and practically implementable.
