Working in a logistics company is often a pretty exciting job, not only because of the tight time frames for transport, weather conditions and the sometimes exciting interaction between several project parties - but also because of the freight that has to be transported.

The freight in an order sets the pace for us as to how the transport from A to B should take place safely, quickly and cost-effectively. For example, if the freight is particularly sensitive to shocks or to cold or heat, it must be transported differently than, for example, building materials on pallets. For example, if the freight needs to get to a destination quickly, whatever the cost, this gives us a different pace for our work on the transport order.

One of the particularly remarkable cargoes that we were able to organize the transport of is without a doubt this real treasure: a 70-year-old crawler tractor from Hanomag . This was to be transported 700 kilometers from Germany to Poland for restoration and then be exhibited again in its former destination. While the “Grandpa caterpillar tractor” was being loaded, our customer took advantage of the moment to take a few great pictures of the transport of the gem, which we were kindly provided for this blog and of course don’t want to withhold from you.
