Promoting young talent is very important to us - we create perspectives for bright young people and, above all, long-term added value for our team. An internship offers an excellent opportunity for all parties to get to know each other extensively. We are therefore always happy to welcome interested interns who would like to immerse themselves in the real world of work in our company for a short period of time. In the past two weeks we were able to welcome Wladimir and Laurin. We would like to briefly introduce both at this point:

Laurin is currently attending high school in Wildeshausen and did a 2-week student internship with us. His Albanian roots and Albanian, another foreign language in addition to English, definitely helped him with the daily tasks in our company.

Wladimir, who is currently completing a 4-week internship with us, is also very fortunate to be able to speak a second foreign language in addition to English thanks to his Kazakh origins. Wladimir is currently attending the one-year vocational school in Syke and is interested in becoming a freight forwarder or logistics services clerk.

When you employ interns, the question naturally arises as to which activities are appropriate for them. We first looked into this question in detail and came across the following question from a prospective intern for the position of forwarding agent on the Internet. We agreed with many of the suggestions, but not others. This gave us an overview of how we can meaningfully employ Laurin and Wladimir during their internship and bring them closer to our work.

Above all, the two of them gained an insight into the job of a dispatcher. In the newly implemented system, Laurin and Wladimir maintained our company data, sent inquiries, sorted files and overall participated well in the daily work of our team, thereby helping us a lot.

We have offered both of them a comprehensive and attractive insight into the field of logistics and we look forward to seeing Laurin and/or Wladimir pursue this career path after this internship.

Are you interested in an internship with us? Then send us your creative internship application, we look forward to hearing from you!
