OCS makes everything new. Just in time for the start of the new year, we have completed the system conversion on our computers, have already been trained in how to deal with the new working environment and can say: we are quite impressed by the new possibilities that are now available for your logistics.

System innovations are inherently unpleasant at first - for years you have acquired your own working rhythm with the existing program, developed work processes and perhaps occasionally complained because the software did not have the same opinion as you yourself. So now a new shipping software is coming, which means another Training and the associated questions: How smooth will the transition from the old to the new environment be? What things need to be taken into account?

Such a new system must shine through handling, function and freedom from problems before the old one - already integrated and tolerated - is replaced. This was important to us when choosing the new shipping software and so we decided to implement this new program last March.

In the internal process, the processing is now more transparent and the information transfer on the order components takes place in a collected manner. This avoids errors because all information is structured and can be viewed by multiple people. The new system also offers the creation of interfaces.

Overall, the new system has the potential to help OCS and its customers grow and make them even more competitive. In conclusion, we can say: It's worth changing things and making them better - because nothing is more damaging to progress than a standstill (our truck drivers also agree ;-)).

We wish you a successful start to the still young year of 2016, which we feel is all about progress and new things!
