After successfully completing your training, you often even receive an offer to stay in your training company. What inspires you more than being able to achieve such successes shortly after completing your training? In a new company you first have to reorient yourself. You have new colleagues that you have to adapt to. The customers or the environment are new and the cherished traditions from teaching may not even exist in a new environment or there may be others. In addition, you only have a complete overview of the processes and departments in your training company because you have gone through all of them during your training. The benefits for a trainee are significant. You can develop during your training and discover your own strengths and interests without having to make a commitment. You usually have 3 years to see which area of a company suits you best. Another option is to study, which you can begin after a few years of professional experience or after obtaining your master's degree. A high school diploma is no longer necessary and the professional experience can bring many advantages. A course of study can now also be implemented on a dual basis. This means you no longer just have to sit in a lecture hall and do homework; In a dual course of study you also have a lot of elements that have to be completed in a company.
