Does this sound familiar?
You are a retailer or manufacturer and constantly face the same problems. Especially when it comes to transport and forwarding to and from Scandinavia, various difficulties repeatedly arise: Damage occurs during transport, but no one wants to take responsibility. You require a specific service, but the forwarding company refuses to provide it.
Your shipment is delivered late, but no one wants to take responsibility. Or the goods were delivered to the wrong address because the truck driver/carrier lacked language skills and local knowledge. All these problems in the transport process have one thing in common: they all disrupt the entire system and consequently lead directly to drastic drops in orders and revenue. What most people don't realize is that many of these problems stem from the same root cause: insufficient local knowledge on the part of the contracted freight forwarding company and generic, one-size-fits-all offers that fail to address the individual needs of your customers.
- Transport damage, nobody wants to take responsibility?
- You want a special service, but you don't receive it
- Delivery was late, but no one is taking responsibility?
- Wrong address delivered because the carrier lacks language and local knowledge?
"All these problems in the transport process have one thing in common: they all lead to disruptions in the entire system and consequently to drastic drops in orders and revenue!"
Real people. Real results.
With the help of OCS Spedition, you can easily avoid all these problems in the future!
